Students of the lower secondary school \u201cNaim Frash\u00ebri\u201d started today differently than usual. The first class was dedicated to commemorating the Epic of the KLA, one of the most important events in the history of Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The commemorative activity began with the screening of a documentary dedicated to the Epic of the KLA, through which students had the opportunity to learn more about the historical events, the sacrifice, and the resistance of the fighters of the Kosovo Liberation Army.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the documentary screening, the class continued in a solemn atmosphere with patriotic songs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During this commemorative class, students were also told the story of Besarta Jashari, the survivor from the family of the legendary commander Adem Jashari. Her account of the sacrifice and resistance of the Jashari family moved the students, giving them a closer view of the events that marked the country\u2019s history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The principal of the Naim Frash\u00ebri School, Merita Haxhiu, also spoke to KosovaPress about the preparations the school had made to mark and honor this important day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe Naim Frash\u00ebri School has made all the preparations for the beginning of the Epic of the KLA, which starts on March 5 and ends on March 7. Preparations have been made, and the first school class was held dedicated to the Epic of the KLA,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Haxhiu said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Through this activity, the school aims for students to become more familiar with the history of Kosovo.
