Sinan Shala told KosovaPress that Vjosa Osmani has the ability to lead the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI am very convinced and almost certain that Vjosa Osmani is adequate for the post of president for another mandate. She has shown her abilities, there is no doubt, she is very capable, a very good speaker, an organizer. I believe she deserves it. Perhaps the various political games are wrong, but I am surprised why she should not be elected once again,\u201d <\/em>said Shala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Shala also said that Vet\u00ebvendosje should nominate Osmani and that other parties should support her in order to avoid new elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI believe yes, I believe she should be nominated by Vet\u00ebvendosje. They have been collaborators, Albin and Vjosa, so why not nominate her now. The other parties should also vote for her so they do not send us to elections once again. This is my opinion: I believe that for Kosovo it is best that Vjosa Osmani be elected for another mandate,\u201d<\/em> said Shala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sabri Osmani, another fellow citizen of President Osmani, praised her abilities and strong patriotic roots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYes, of course she deserves it because there are very few like Vjosa in Kosovo, smart and capable like Vjosa Osmani, and she also has the inclination: her grandfather was like this, her father was like this, her great-grandfather was capable. They have deep roots of ability, generally they are patriots and they are smart,\u201d <\/em>said Osmani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He also mentioned Vjosa Osmani\u2019s contribution to Vet\u00ebvendosje, saying that she secured half or more of that party\u2019s votes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIf Vjosa does not deserve it, then who deserves it before Vjosa Osmani? She gave the pillar to Vet\u00ebvendosje and gave it half or more of the votes. Alongside Vjosa, Vet\u00ebvendosje received those votes and now it would be a shame for Vet\u00ebvendosje if they do not present her once again, do not vote for Vjosa,\u201d <\/em>he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to the Constitution of Kosovo, to propose a candidate for president at least 30 signatures of MPs are required. The Vet\u00ebvendosje Movement has 57 MPs, while no other party alone has 30 votes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To elect the president, at least 80 votes are required in one of the first two rounds of voting, or 61 votes in the third round, out of a total of 120 MPs in the Assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the Assembly fails to elect the president within the constitutional deadlines, the country faces dissolution of the Assembly and new elections.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Before the election of the president, Kosovo finds itself facing a delicate political moment.
