Meanwhile, a decrease was recorded in machinery (-0.1%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compared to the same period of the previous year \u2014 namely Q4 2025 with Q4 2024 \u2014 the Construction Cost Index increased by 3.5 percent (3.6% according to detailed data).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most significant annual increases were recorded in energy (9.8%); wages (8.1%); other costs (5.3%); transport (4.4%); and materials (2.6%).
