The accused in the murder of his wife Liridona Ademaj, Naim Murseli, has requested from the Court to be allowed to communicate with his children, who are in Sweden. It was reported that discussions with Swedish authorities are ongoing regarding this request and the matter is under review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During Wednesday\u2019s session, where Murseli continues to present his defense, he also requested to speak with businessman Behgjet Pacolli, but this request was not approved by the Court. Murseli had previously served as an advisor to Pacolli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The presiding judge, Fatmire D\u00ebrmaku, stated that the request to communicate with Pacolli is denied because he falls into a category of persons that the law does not permit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou requested to communicate with your son. I have contacted the Swedish authorities and am awaiting their response.
