The witness added that those who did not respect the Kosovo People\u2019s Movement would face the corresponding consequences. This was the situation, and this is how it happened\u2026 Kadri Veseli and Hashim Tha\u00e7i were personally involved in appointing commanders\u2026 Veseli is not outside the country and is not detached from these events. He is part of the decision that assigned these individuals to oversee the torture operation,\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the closing part on Monday, statements were also given regarding the functioning and structure of the General Staff.
