It is followed by the municipality of Shtime with 10.12 percent, or 2,812 voters out of more than 27,000 eligible voters; Gjilan with 9.37 percent, or 9,831 voters out of a total of 104,807 eligible voters; and Podujeva with 9.30 percent, or 7,845 voters out of a total of 84,000 eligible voters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two other municipalities with high voter turnout percentages are the municipality of Novo Brdo with 14.50 percent, or 1,455 voters out of a total of 10,037 eligible voters; the municipality of North Mitrovica with 14.58 percent, or 2,556 voters out of more than 17,000 eligible voters; and the municipality of Zve\u010dan with 12.52 percent, or 860 voters out of a total of 6,871 eligible voters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, in two other municipalities with a Serb majority, voter turnout is lower: Zubin Potok at 1.15 percent and Leposavi\u0107 at 2.03 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, according to data from the CEC, the municipalities of Istog and Dragash have recorded lower voter turnout by 1:00 p.m., specifically 6.91 percent in Istog and 3.99 percent in Dragash.<br>\/KosovaPress\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prishtina, Gjilan, Shtime, Podujeva, North Mitrovica, and Zve\u010dan are the municipalities where citizens have turned out the most to vote by 1:00 p.m., according to data from the Central Election Commission.
