D. (31), who was wanted internationally, was arrested in Montenegro and extradited to Albania, reports KosovaPress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In April of this year, the Lezh\u00eb Court had ordered pre-trial detention for the 31-year-old, born in Lezh\u00eb, for the criminal offense of cultivating narcotic plants in Gocaj and Rrabosht\u00eb, Lezh\u00eb, which were later processed for the purpose of sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sale of the narcotics was prevented thanks to the intervention of the Lezh\u00eb Police, as part of operation \u201cVakumi,\u201d which seized three bags containing approximately 34 kilograms of cannabis in the village of Balldre in April of this year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a result of cooperation and information exchange between specialists from Interpol Tirana and Interpol Podgorica, an Albanian citizen, M.
