She made this comment in response to questions regarding the Serbian List\u2019s complaint to the Constitutional Court and the possibility that the Court could suspend the deadline for forming the government by issuing a temporary measure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Serbian List submitted a complaint to the Constitutional Court on October 16, claiming that the election of Nenad Rashiq as vice president violated the Constitution, the Assembly\u2019s rules of procedure, and a previous Constitutional Court decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new Kosovo Assembly was constituted on October 10, with Nenad Rashiq elected as vice president representing the Serbian community. His election came after all nine Serbian List deputies, despite being voted on three times, failed to secure the necessary votes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe Assembly is constituted. This is very important, and we are waiting for the vote on the government,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Haxhiu, together with Assembly Speaker Dimal Basha, participated on Monday in the march against breast cancer, part of the traditional event under the motto \u201cEarly Detection \u2013 Survival,\u201d under the patronage of President Vjosa Osmani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This led Assembly Speaker Dimal Basha to be more reserved in commenting on the Serbian List\u2019s complaint to the Constitutional Court. However, he emphasized that everyone has the right to file a complaint in this institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was also asked by journalists about the formation of a runoff coalition between LVV and LDK in the municipality of Vushtrri, but he said that political parties, not him, speak on that matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
