Kosovo Police Director, Gazmend Hoxha, said it is suspected that in recent days there have been drone flights coming from Serbia into the northern part of Kosovo. He stated that the Kosovo Police are in continuous communication with KFOR and are monitoring the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hoxha said these movements could be dangerous for the border area, but not for the citizens of Kosovo, because the police are protecting them. He emphasized that, besides KFOR, other international partners have also been informed about this issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“In recent days, we have had drone flights that we suspect come from Serbian territory into the northern part of Kosovo. The police are in contact with KFOR, and we are monitoring what can be done. It is dangerous for the border area but not for our citizens. We are protecting them. The airspace is KFOR\u2019s responsibility; we have informed KFOR and our partners.
