During questioning, Murseli asked whether the psychiatric report stated that he had killed his wife. The expert confirmed that nowhere in the report was this claim made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMy question is whether the report says I killed my wife. First, I want to inform the public and the court that at no point was the psychiatric report from the Kosovo Institute of Forensic Psychiatry, which contains sensitive information about my life and psycho-social development, disclosed. Nowhere in the report does it state what Mr. Murseli mentions,\u201d the expert said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Murseli also asked if he had ever admitted to the crime for which he is accused. Haxhibeqiri explained that the report did not leak from their office, nor from the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The session also heard psychiatric expert Bujar Ob\u00ebrtinca, who examined the accused Granit Plava. Ob\u00ebrtinca stated that Plava is mentally healthy and his actions were not influenced by any psychiatric pathology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When asked about a prior traffic accident in which Plava suffered a head injury, Ob\u00ebrtinca confirmed that radiological examinations showed no brain damage resulting from the accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ob\u00ebrtinca further noted that Plava admitted to using cocaine and alcohol but showed no lack of impulse or emotional control, and he has good analytical and executive abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Naim Uka from the Institute of Forensic Medicine, Jeton Binaku, Hasan Hasanaj, and Naim Sadiku are scheduled to testify on October 6, while Naim Murseli\u2019s father, Shaban Murseli, is expected to testify on October 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The deceased, Liridona Ademaj, was killed on November 29, 2023, in B\u00ebrnic\u00eb, Pristina. Among the suspects is her ex-husband, Naim Murseli, who allegedly promised Granit Plava 30,000 euros to carry out the crime.
