I like the main square and I saw the thinker, the statue that sits in the center. I was told he was a teacher peacefully protesting against the Serbs, and I sat next to him for a while and took a photo. People in the city are very friendly and hospitable, very straightforward and unique. I was very honored by the way they welcomed me, offered me things, and spoke with me. I had many spontaneous conversations that I didn\u2019t expect, but they were very positive.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, Jakub&nbsp;Drogowski from Poland said that every year he returns to Prishtina for the seminar, he notices changes in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEvery time I come to Prishtina, I see changes. Changes, for example, in cafes and lunch places. For instance, some [places] have been closed for a year, a new place has opened, an old place is closed\u2014so I see many changes in Prishtina, and every time I see new constructions. Constructions in Mother Teresa Square and at the entrance to the city.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gabriele Parrino, who has been attending the seminar for 10 years, expressed that he has witnessed Prishtina\u2019s development and that the city continues to evolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThere are some positive changes. When I came 10 years ago, Prishtina was developing and I saw changes and new things, but now I see many new things and I am sure it will continue to grow and beautify, there will be a high level of development.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piotr Liban also shared the opinion that every year the city has something new to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cPrishtina has changed, I believe every year Prishtina changes.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The International Seminar on Albanian Language, Literature, and Culture, besides developing the Albanian language each year, also establishes Prishtina as a tourism point for people from around the world.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During the International Seminar on Albanian Language, Literature, and Culture, several participants shared their thoughts about the city of Prishtina.
