The Chair of the Municipal Assembly of De\u00e7an, Hajdar Sutaj, expressed the municipality\u2019s deep gratitude for Mema\u2019s tireless work, highlighting in particular the documentary he produced about the De\u00e7an Monastery.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mayor of De\u00e7an, Bashkim Ramosaj, said that Marin Mema is an example of how an Albanian should be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his address, the Ambassador of Albania, Petrit Malaj, stated that he was very pleased with the municipality\u2019s decision to honor the investigative journalist with such a title, emphasizing that Mema has always been in service of the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the chairman of AAK, Ramush Haradinaj, said that the decision to award the highest honorary title given by the Municipality of De\u00e7an was very appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After receiving the title, Mema addressed the attendees, emphasizing the importance of unity among Albanians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marin Mema, born on March 22, 1981, in Tirana, is an Albanian journalist. He works for Top Channel television and the newspaper Shqip. He is the author and producer of the highly popular documentary series \u2018Gjurm\u00eb Shqiptare\u2019 (Albanian Traces). \/Rr.
