Witness Rade Nedelkovi\u0107 is testifying in the \u201cBanjska\u201d case before the Basic Court in Prishtina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before the panel of judges, he stated that he has lived in the village of Banjska in Zve\u010dan for 60 years. During questioning by the special prosecutor, Naim Abazi, he was asked whether he knows the chief terrorist, Milan Radoi\u010di\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nedelkovi\u0107 said that on the night of the terrorist attack, he was working as a guard at the “Raska Banja” hotel, and that they heard noises, adding that even the guests in the rooms were standing near the windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“All those who were in the rooms gathered around the windows and I told them to step away because someone might shoot through them. So they listened to me and sat down\u2026 I heard gunfire, nothing else. I called home, my daughter\u2014she has four children\u2014to ask how they were doing, and I called my wife because she was alone at home. I wasn\u2019t very scared by the gunfire, because you only die once,”<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The witness told the court that the hotel owner was not present that night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He confirmed seeing masked and uniformed individuals on the hotel terrace but said he did not recognize them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the questioning by special prosecutor Naim Abazi, the witness Rade was also asked about a person named “Slivi\u0107”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Abazi:<\/strong> In your statement, you mentioned a person named Slivi\u0107.
