The presiding judge, Arben Hoti, stated that conditions were not met to proceed with the judicial review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“I note that in the absence of the witness, there are no conditions to continue the judicial review. Therefore, the court has decided to interrupt the session and continue on Monday at 09:30 with the next anonymous witness,” <\/em>he declared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n So far, several police officials have testified in this case regarding the terrorist attack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On September 11, 2024, Kosovo\u2019s Special Prosecution filed an indictment against Milan Radoi\u010di\u0107 and 44 others for the terrorist attack that occurred on September 24, 2023, in Banjska, Zve\u00e7an, where police sergeant Afrim Bunjaku was killed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The defendants are charged with committing a terrorist act, serious crimes against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo, aiding and financing terrorism, and money laundering.
