The project “My Story, My Dignity”<\/strong>, funded by the European Union and led by Handikos Gjilan in partnership with NGO Inkluzioni, Handikos Ranilug, and CFID, is seeking an external evaluator or evaluation team<\/strong> to conduct a final independent evaluation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This important project empowers women and girls with disabilities, and single mothers of children with disabilities across 12 municipalities in Kosovo \u2014 improving access to social services, strengthening advocacy, and combating discrimination and gender-based violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s involved?<\/strong>
\u00b7 Assessing project relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, and coherence
\u00b7 Evaluating activities such as mobile home-based clinics, self-help groups, advocacy, and community awareness
\u00b7 Providing actionable recommendations to guide future initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Timeline:<\/strong>
\u00b7 Contract period: 36 months (Dec 2022 \u2013 Dec 2025)
\u00b7 Evaluation report due within 50 working days of contract start
\u00b7 Application deadline: 28 July 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who can apply?<\/strong>
\u00b7 Professionals with experience in social inclusion, disability, gender equality, or related fields
\u00b7 Strong analytical and report-writing skills required
\u00b7 Knowledge of Kosovo\u2019s social protection system is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
