For the 40th time, the constitution of the ninth legislature of the Assembly of Kosovo has failed. The continuation of this session failed due to a lack of quorum for voting on the commission that enables a secret ballot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There were 100 members of parliament present in the hall, where the chair of the constitutive session, Avni Dehari, invited political parties to propose names for the commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The MP of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Blerta Deliu Kodra, called on Dehari to respect the ruling of the Constitutional Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
