Fiscal cash registers can only be serviced in Peja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thousands of businesses from all over the country are forced to travel to this city for a process that used to take only a few minutes and was done near their locations, as reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/kosovapress.com\/\">KosovaPress<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, in addition to extra financial costs, waiting times last for days, during which many businesses are paralyzed, unable to issue fiscal receipts, risking legal penalties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company \u201cEnternet,\u201d which inherited the services of GeKos, has decided to close all its service offices in Kosovo except for the one in Peja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the Kosovo Tax Administration (KTA) has yet to respond to KosovaPress regarding this issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Business owners say they are forced to travel to Peja to service their devices since the service is centralized in only one region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mentor Berisha, manager of a business in the country, told&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kosovapress.com\/\">\u200bKosovaPress<\/a>&nbsp;that the workload at the service centers, especially now that the service can only be done in Peja, is creating ongoing problems for the normal operation of his business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He emphasized that during summer, the period of highest workload, the process becomes even more complicated due to the flow of work and the need to service several devices simultaneously.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Businesses in Kosovo are raising the alarm over a new crisis directly affecting their daily operations.
