The people did their job on February 9, and now politicians must put the state first, and party politics second. So, I think it is urgently needed for Kosovo to form its institutions. But it\u2019s not my job to do the politicians\u2019 work\u2014I can only observe. But I can tell you for sure, it does not enhance Kosovo\u2019s image abroad. If you don\u2019t have a functioning institution, it\u2019s hard to do your homework because you don\u2019t have the power of procure\u00a0to make tough decisions, which are needed now. Whether it\u2019s the EU Growth Plan funds, which are on hold because the Kosovo Assembly isn\u2019t functional\u2014you simply can\u2019t ratify the agreement,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0said Rohde.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe German Ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, says the deadlock in the Assembly stems from the lack of compromise between political parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
