This event, which was held to honor the life and work of Kelmendi, was attended by family members, comrades-in-arms, and representatives of various institutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This academy emphasized his contribution to the fight for freedom and the sacrifices he made for the national cause. Besnik Kelmendi, Qerim Kelmendi\u2019s brother, has criticized the justice institutions for the lack of progress in the investigations into his brother\u2019s murder.
