{"id":71274,"date":"2024-09-05T13:03:15","date_gmt":"2024-09-05T13:03:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovapress.com\/eng\/admin\/?p=71274"},"modified":"2024-09-05T13:03:17","modified_gmt":"2024-09-05T13:03:17","slug":"nagavci-the-voucher-scheme-in-early-education-will-help-families-in-need","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovapress.com\/eng\/admin\/nagavci-the-voucher-scheme-in-early-education-will-help-families-in-need\/","title":{"rendered":"Nagavci: The voucher scheme in early education will help families in need"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2>The Minister of Education, Arb\u00ebrie Nagavci, at the launch of the voucher scheme within the project &#8220;Support for the participation of vulnerable children in care and early childhood services&#8221; said that this scheme will help families who are part of social assistance scheme.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nagavci said that the project for the early education of children helps in their development in the future, but also helps families, parents and society in its development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She emphasized that there are 4 thousand 469 children aged 3-5 from families that receive social assistance and 104 of them attend public preschool education, while from the age of 0-3 years, out of 4,788, only 31 children attend early childhood education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the manager of the World Bank Country Manager for Kosovo and for North Macedonia, Massimiliano Paolucci added that these vouchers will help families access childcare services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the chairman of the Commission for Education, Ardian Gola, said that such an investment also affects society itself and our future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This early childhood education project is in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health and UNICEF, which is financed by the World Bank&#8217;s Early Learning Partnership. \/A.
