The MP from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Hajdar Beqa, said that e-procurement should also be connected with other government systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For this, the chairman of PPRC, Osman Vishaj, has stated that the audit results show that the electronic e-procurement system has helped increase efficiency in the development of public procurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During his report to the Committee for the Oversight of Public Finances, Vishaj said that they face a lack of staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, MP Beqa has asked if this institution has any role to influence single-source contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regarding this, Vishaj said that if they compare the year 2023 with 2022, there is a slight decrease in value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the other hand, the chairperson of the committee, Hykmete Bajrami, asked if there are cases when a contracting authority does not notify the PPRC at all and starts the negotiated procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unlike previous years, Vishaj said that every negotiated procedure is published on the e-procurement website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
