She also mentioned the basic agreement between Kosovo and Serbia of\nFebruary, and the implementation annex, for which she said that the EU made a\nmistake by not asking the parties to sign it.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At the press conference, the member of the\nEuropean Parliament declared that the punitive measures against Kosovo should\nbe removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calling herself a good friend of Kosovo, she\ncalled for greater progress in dialogue before the European Union elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asked about the role of the European Union in\nrelation to Kosovo and Serbia, she said that a big mistake was made last year,\nwhere they did not insist on signing the annex to the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, she denied that there was a\nsoftening of the terms for the act of aggression in Banjska of Zve\u00e7an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likewise, the rapporteur for Kosovo in the\nEuropean Parliament also spoke about the elections in the municipalities of\nnorthern Kosovo, for which she said that the same should be held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further, she emphasized that the pressure on\njudges and prosecutors from the country&#8217;s institutions is unacceptable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her several-day visit to Kosovo, Von Cramon also spoke about media freedom and non-transparency from institutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, she mentioned the murder of Liridona Ademaj last year, where she said she hopes that the prosecution will quickly close this case and get justice for the victim. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament, Viola Von Cramon, stated that Kosovo must make progress in the dialogue process, before the European Union elections which will be held on June 9.
