Mayor Ramosaj also asks the Government of Kosovo to focus on economic\ndevelopment, so that the citizens of De\u00e7an can be motivated and hope that they\ncan live in this country, and that migration is not an alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despite these problems, he adds that the year 2023 has been successful\nfor the Municipality of De\u00e7an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mayor Ramosaj, while saying that a large part of the projects were\nrealized during 2023, considers that the collective contract remains\nproblematic for the budget of this municipality, for which he says that this\nburden that the municipalities are suffering should be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ramosaj adds that the planned budget for capital expenditures for the\nprevious year has been spent entirely. While expressing his dissatisfaction\nwith the allocation of the budget for this year, according to him, this\nallocation is small in relation to the requirements of this municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among other things, while commenting on next year’s budget, Ramosaj\nestimates that there is a lack of budget support to create a standard for\nwell-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
