The AAK leader asks Prime Minister Kurti to show how he envisioned the\nimplementation of the Association of Serbian-majority municipalities, since\naccording to him, he accepted it within the framework of the Brussels\nagreement, and even requested the signature of the other party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Haradinaj finds it impossible to change the version of the\nAssociation’s draft statute, despite Prime Minister Kurti’s remarks to the\nmediators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Therefore, he says that if the document is submitted to the\nConstitutional Court as it was presented to the opposition parties, then they\nwill send comments to the Constitutional Court to oppose some articles of the\nAssociation’s draft statute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to him, Prime Minister Kurti, President Osmani and Speaker\nKonjufca have accepted the Association’s draft statute, even though there are\ndisturbing elements within it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For this reason, he sees them as irrelevant, as he says tendencies to\npresent something else to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
