{"id":64711,"date":"2023-12-09T13:27:57","date_gmt":"2023-12-09T13:27:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kosovapress.com\/eng\/?p=64711"},"modified":"2023-12-09T13:27:58","modified_gmt":"2023-12-09T13:27:58","slug":"abdixhiku-the-draft-of-the-association-comes-as-autonomy-with-a-potential-path-to-federalization","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovapress.com\/eng\/admin\/abdixhiku-the-draft-of-the-association-comes-as-autonomy-with-a-potential-path-to-federalization\/","title":{"rendered":"Abdixhiku: The draft of the Association comes as autonomy with a potential path to federalization"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2>The Chairman of the Democratic League of\nKosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, has stated that with the draft submitted to this\nparty, the Association of Municipalities with a Serbian majority begins with\nthe preamble that refers to resolution 12 44 as a parallel to the declaration of\nindependence and ends with arbitration as a parallel of the Constitutional\nCourt of Kosovo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At the meeting of the general council of the\nLDK, Abdixhiku said that this party cannot support any product that goes\noutside the Constitutional framework, outside our unitary system and outside\nthe territorial regulation of Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that he expects this council to\nunderstand that Kosovo is in a serious situation and any delay in political\naction is irreparable damage.
