The same are\nexpected to come to Kosovo and draw up reports on legal and political issues,\nand on equality and the rights of communities. Meanwhile, two jurists who are\nnot members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe have already\nbeen appointed who will make the first report on Kosovo regarding the\nconstitutionality and rights of minorities.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Ministry of Foreign\nAffairs, they are optimistic that Kosovo will pass the next stages for full\nmembership in this international institution, while they say that they have no\nsignal that the latest developments in Kosovo will stop Kosovo&#8217;s membership\nprocedures in the Council of Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kreshnik Ahmeti, tells KosovaPress that after the appointment of the rapporteurs for Kosovo, at the next meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the membership situation in this institution will be clearer&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Next week, the rapporteurs for Kosovo are expected to be appointed by the Council of Europe (CoE), after passing the first phase for membership in the CoE on April 24.
