{"id":62605,"date":"2023-05-17T14:52:55","date_gmt":"2023-05-17T14:52:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kosovapress.com\/eng\/?p=62605"},"modified":"2023-05-17T14:52:56","modified_gmt":"2023-05-17T14:52:56","slug":"a-person-is-arrested-after-weapons-and-explosives-were-found-on-him","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovapress.com\/eng\/admin\/a-person-is-arrested-after-weapons-and-explosives-were-found-on-him\/","title":{"rendered":"A person is arrested after weapons and explosives were found on him"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Kosovo Police has arrested a person on suspicion of having committed criminal offenses related to the unauthorized sale of weapons and their unauthorized possession.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a media release from the Special Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, it is stated that the police found and seized: an automatic rifle, 12 rounds of AK-47, 205 rounds of the long gun, a magazine of the AK-47 weapon as well as other evidence related to the case, which were in posession of the suspect with the initials M.L.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Criminal cases have been opened against the suspect,&nbsp;&#8220;Unauthorized import, export, supply, transportation, production, exchange, mediation or sale of weapons or explosive materials&#8221;, &#8220;Unauthorized ownership, control, or possession of weapons&#8221; as and &#8220;Participation in or organization of an organized criminal group&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is known that legal procedures are being followed against the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By order of the prosecutor of the Special Prosecution, the suspect is detained in police custody, for a duration of 48 hours.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Kosovo Police has arrested a person on suspicion of having committed criminal offenses related to the unauthorized sale of weapons and their unauthorized possession.
