According to them, Spain, Cyprus, Romania, Greece and Slovakia, by refusing recognition for domestic reasons, are encouraging Serbia in its efforts to destabilize and provoke a&nbsp;possible conflict in the region.<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Austrian MP Thomas Waitz also talked about\u00a0the recent agreements that have been refused to be signed by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
