These businesses have requested support for salary\nincreases for about 15,000 workers.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to TAK,\nthere are about 100,000 active businesses in Kosovo and over 300,000 declared\nemployees, of which 220,000 are in the private sector alone. This means that\nonly 1 percent of businesses have applied for this measure from the support\npackage.
