The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) will send the Law on Government to the Constitutional Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This was announced by the head of MPs of\nthis party, Besnik Tahiri, who said that this law gives the deputy minister the\nright to vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He emphasized in the plenary session that\ntwo important functions of the Assembly of Kosovo are being violated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“This session that we are holding\nright now is violating two important functions that we have as an institution.\nI understand that the Parliamentary Group of the Vetvendosje Movement managed\nto collect 63 votes in the Assembly after a long time. However, to bypass all\nthe procedures of reviewing vitally important laws, is nothing but a violation\nof the functioning and interference in our work. I understand that the\nregulation allows this, but this approach is wrong and does not do honor to this\nassembly. Also, I want to say here that we just passed a law (the Government\nLaw), which unconstitutionally gives the deputy minister the right to vote. AAK\nwill send this law to the Constitutional Court, because we are convinced that\nthis right given by law to deputy ministers is unconstitutional”, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
