This is the first time it is held in Kosovo, while in the previous edition Penza had triumphed in Vlora.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flagurtari of Vlora, Partizan of Tirana, Union of Prizren and Penza of Peja will compete for the trophy.
