However,\nParliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has reacted to MP Berisha&#8217;s stance,\nKosovaPress reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The last document presented by the\nprime minister for the strategy is a &#8220;Frankstein document&#8221;,\nconsisting of previous documents that were weak, but here it seems to have been\nstrengthened a little with a speech by the prime minister. We were told that we\nhave reviewed it, but this document came to us as a ready-made document. This\nNational Security Strategy document is not a secret document. Citizens and MPs\nhave the right to comment on this strategy, but above all also the Security\nCommittee.
