This situation has continued and we have seen this\ndraft law necessary for the performance of public works. The bill provides for\nadditional compensation. They are medium and large contracts for capital\nprojects. The bill provides compensation for those construction materials,\naluminum, gravel. Economic operators are entitled to compensation. All have\nbeen done in order to pave the way for economic operators. The ceiling is 20%.\nMy request would be to look into the possibility expeditiously because the\nlocal level also depends.
