What should be done?\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At this roundtable, representatives of international and\nlocal organizations concluded that it is necessary to have a reactivation on a\npractically proactive approach in this direction. The existence of cases of\nunpunished recidivism is extremely worrying, as are the actions undertaken in\ngeneral in the pre-penal phase.
