The 27th commander of KFOR is the Italian major general, Angelo Michele Ristuccia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the ceremony of the change of command of\nKFOR, the major general of the Hungarian army, who until today was the\ncommander of KFOR, Ferenc Kajari expressed his surprise at how quickly the time\nhas passed since he took this position and how much they have achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8221; With that in mind, I think I can\nsafely say that my job as COM KFOR could never have been as successful, if it\nwere not for the outstanding and selfless service of the KFOR staff and the\nsubordinated units. I had tremendous support from the Regional Commands, both\nEast and West. The cooperation between them and the Headquarters was, and still\nis outstanding. KFOR&#8217;s eyes and ears, the ISR Battalion always had a special\nplace for me, being from the Intelligence field.
