He said that these structures are financed by Belgrade are the cause of the problems of the Serbian population in the north. However, regarding the dialogue, the chief executive expressed optimism after saying that this process has entered a new phase, the same as he expressed optimism about the liberalization of visas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurti made these statements at the 102nd\nRose-Roth Seminar of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, with the theme\n&#8220;Euro-Atlantic integration of the Western Balkans: prolonged challenges,\nnew realities and future perspectives&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this seminar, the Prime Minister of\nKosovo expressed the ambition to increase military spending to 2% of the Gross\nDomestic Product in the next three years.
