However, he emphasizes that the Government of Kosovo should not accept any half-hearted solution that does not guarantee the full normalization of relations with mutual recognition.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kosovar diplomat tells KosovaPress that\nin the current geopolitical situation, the international community is looking\nfor a concrete result in the dialogue. However, he adds that the first order of\ndiscussion is the Serbia\u2019s alignment alongside Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spahiu for KosovaPress also talks about the\nliberalization of visas for Kosovo.
