The year 2021 was\nclosed with over 85,000 unresolved cases which have been transferred from the previous\nyear. From 2018 to the end of last year, the number of civil cases doubled.\nThis is what is said in the report &#8220;Regression of civil justice&#8221;, of\nthe Kosovo Law Institute, where, among other things, the inefficiency of judges\nin handling these cases is mentioned.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to KLI, the judges did not respect the regulation of the\nKosovo Judicial Council and resolved 115 cases less than they are obliged to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the publication of the report, researcher Gzim Shala from KLI said that in the work of the civil divisions there is a certain regression in the handling of cases&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During the past year, there was a record increase in the number of unresolved cases which are transferred from year to year.
