The War Crimes Association in Gjakova has pressed criminal charges against the commander of the 549th Motorized\u00a0Brigade, Bozidar Delic. The latter has been appointed the deputy-Speaker of the Parliament of Serbia, for which the association from Gjakova has collected evidence and facts about the crimes committed by him.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The leader of the association, Shk\u00ebndije Hoda, has announced that three criminal charges have been submitted to the Special Prosecutor&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There are three criminal charges attached with some factual documentation, a kind of diary of the operation of the 549 motorized brigade under the command of Bozidar Delic.
