The latter had previously announced that so far 218 citizens have voted. While in this center have the right to vote about 16 thousand citizens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Municipal Election Chairman in Gjilan, Ferid Shabani confirmed for KosovaPress that the CEC has decided that managers should not give statement to the media.
