The fate of Kosovo Telecom remains unclear, while the Government of Kosovo as its shareholder, has not yet taken any action to treat this enterprise, which is considered bankrupt due to non-fulfillment of numerous obligations and debts.
The executive director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, Arian Zeka, told KosovaPress, that the bankruptcy law should be used in this serious situation in Kosovo Telecom.
