The Rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament, Viola von Crmaon said that the implementation of the decision of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo for the Monastery of Deçan has been delayed. The German ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, agrees with the rapporteur’s statement.
Rohde writes that arbitrary application of the rule of law is not the path to follow.
