The counting of conditional votes and those of people with special needs for the Municipality of Prishtina has already been completed. The candidate for mayor of the capital from the Vetëvendosje Movement, Arben Vitia, received the most votes. According to the Central Election Commission (CEC), Arben Vitia received 843 votes.
Whereas the candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Përparim Rama received 483 votes.The third is the PDK candidate, Uran Ismaili. Ismaili received 445 votes from the counting of conditional votes and those of people with special needs
