The US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans, Matthew Palmer said that it is possible for Kosovo and Serbia to reach an agreement this year, reports KosovaPress.
In an interview for the Serbian newspaper ‘Blic’, Palmer encouraged the parties to be actively involved in the dialogue and discuss all issues between the two countries.
