In honor of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of Kaçanik, the then delegates of the Assembly of Kosovo held a solemn session to mark this jubilee.
The Speaker of Assembly, Vjosa Osmani said that the foundations of Kosovo’s statehood were laid thirty years ago with the adoption of this Constitution.
