The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Besian Mustafa, said that for a long-term solution, Kosovo farmers need an agricultural insurance fund, which enables them to engage in agriculture and not worry about the damage caused by natural disasters.
During the plenary session, Mustafa spoke about the damages caused by the floods in recent days, to a large extent in the Dukagjini area.
