The Vetëvendosje considers that in the negotiations with Serbia, Kosovo was represented by a Prime Minister who does not know the difference between a natural and an artificial lake.
At a press conference, the VV chairman, Albin Kurti, said that Hoti, not knowing the difference between the lakes, equated the Ujmani Lake with the Lake of Shkodra, as a result of which he says that a harmful agreement was signed for Kosovo.
