EU Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood Policy Oliver Varhelyi has said he is a supporter of the “Open Balkan” initiative. At the Tirana summit, in front of the three participating regional leaders, the European Commissioner through a video link, said that he has always been positively inclined towards the idea of this regional cooperation.
Commissioner Varhelyi called on Kosovo, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina to join the initiative.
