The Special Prosecution of Kosovo has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina – Special Department, against former Minister of Integration Dhurata Hoxha, former Secretary Kushtrim Cukaj, Demush Shasha, Nuhi Osmani, and F.M. for various criminal offenses.
Dhurata Hoxha is accused of continuously committing the criminal offense of abuse of official position or authority. F.M., Demush Shasha, Kushtrim Cakaj and Nuhi Osmani are also accused of continuously committing the criminal offense of abuse of official position or authority.
