The Special Court has scheduled the third status conference in the case of former KLA member, Salih Mustafa. The date for the third statutory conference is set for December 14, at 15:00.
Mustafa is the first detainee from the Special Court. On September 28, he refused to plead guilty to charges related to alleged war crimes in Kosovo.
